Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im digitalen Zeitalter müssen Führungskräfte ihr Verhalten an die vier Führungskontexte einfach, kompliziert, komplex und chaotisch situativ anpassen. Da Führung zunehmend auf komplexe Fragestellungen trifft, wird eine stärkere Teilung von Führung unabdingbar. Hierarchische Führung wird hierfür nicht aufgelöst, sondern sinnvoll mit geteilter Führung kombiniert. Die Entscheidungsverantwortung hat weiterhin bei der hierarchischen Führungsrolle zu verbleiben, während die operative Entscheidungsbefugnis in Abhängigkeit des Führungskontexts auf mehrere Personen verteilt werden kann. Durch die Integration von KI können Entscheidungsprozesse in der geteilten Führung noch adaptiver und damit komplexitätsrobuster erfolgen.
