Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Begriff „Global Leadership“ beschreibt die Fähigkeit von Führungskräften, in einem globalen Kontext effektiv zu agieren. In einer zunehmend globalisierten und dynamischen Welt sind globale Kompetenzen essenziell, um Unternehmen wettbewerbsfähig zu halten. Neben traditionellen Führungsqualitäten erfordert Global Leadership interkulturelle Sensibilität, strategisches Denken und ein Global Mindset, das intellektuelle, psychologische und soziale Fähigkeiten vereint. Transformationale Führung, Nachhaltigkeit und technologische Innovation ergänzen diese Kompetenzen und ermöglichen es Führungspersönlichkeiten, langfristige Visionen zu entwickeln, Veränderungen zu inspirieren und ethische sowie zukunftsorientierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. Die Verbindung von Global Leadership mit nachhaltiger und agiler Führung stärkt Organisationen, um globale Herausforderungen zu meistern und Chancen aktiv zu nutzen.
