Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Immobilienprojektentwicklung ist ein komplexer und ressourcenintensiver Prozess, der von der Konzeptualisierung über die Planung bis zur Ausführung reicht. Die Anforderungen an die Planung sind durch geänderte Nutzungsbedürfnisse, gestiegene regulatorische Vorgaben und die Notwendigkeit nachhaltiger Lösungen gestiegen. Trotz dieser zunehmenden Komplexität ist die Digitalisierung in der Immobilienentwicklung weniger weit fortgeschritten als in anderen Branchen. Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) bietet jedoch erhebliches Potenzial, um Durchlaufzeiten, Planungszeiten und die Planungsqualität zu verbessern. Dieser Beitrag untersucht den Einsatz von KI-Methoden und -Softwarelösungen in verschiedenen Phasen der Projektentwicklung und zeigt das Potenzial dieser Technologie, insbesondere in Verbindung mit seriellen und modularen Bausystemen auf.
