Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation stellt Unternehmen vor immense Herausforderungen, insbesondere bei der Einführung neuer Technologien. Widerstände gegen den Wandel gehören zu den größten Hindernissen und sind oft tief in organisatorischen, kulturellen und individuellen Strukturen verankert. Dieses Kapitel beleuchtet die fünf häufigsten Widerstandsformen: Widerstand durch Projektionen, nutzenbezogene Widerstände, verhaltensbedingte Widerstände, kulturelle Widerstände und strukturelle Widerstände. Es bietet praxisnahe Einblicke und zeigt anhand von realen Kundenprojekten, wie diese Widerstände erkannt und überwunden werden können. Durch gezielte Strategien wie frühzeitige Einbindung, Storytelling oder die Schaffung von Freiheitsgraden konnten Unternehmen nachhaltig in die digitale Zukunft geführt werden.
