Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer Zeit ständiger Veränderungen und großer technologischer Fortschritte ist die Entwicklung digitaler Geschäftsmodelle ein Schlüssel zum langfristigen Erfolg. Herkömmliche Ansätze der Produktentwicklung, die linear einem gründlich recherchierten Plan folgen, funktionieren heute nicht mehr. Dieser Beitrag zeigt praxisnahe Tools und Methoden sowie deren Zusammenspiel auf. Es wird veranschaulicht, wie Unternehmen mittels flexibler Ansätze innovative Ideen anhand iterativer Anpassungen Schritt für Schritt in die Praxis umsetzen und daraus tragfähige Geschäftsmodelle aufbauen können. Die Zukunft ist VUKA (volatil, unsicher, komplex und ambivalent) – Agilität und Improvisationsgeschick sind der Weg, diese Herausforderungen zu meistern.
