Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitale und KI-basierte Geschäftsmodelle gewinnen zunehmend an Bedeutung. Für Unternehmen wird daher die effektive Planung und Steuerung dieser Modelle immer entscheidender für den langfristigen Geschäftserfolg. Methoden wie der Business Model Canvas und Growth Hacking helfen, Wert- und Wachstumstreiber zu identifizieren und in Unit Economics zu übersetzen. Auf dieser Grundlage ermöglicht eine szenarienbasierte Planung die Steuerung des Geschäfts, wobei KI-gestützte Ansätze die Wertschöpfung maximieren. Essenzielle Instrumente hierfür sind systembasiertes Echtzeit-Monitoring und permanentes agiles Forecasting, insbesondere durch den Einsatz von KI.
