Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beleuchtet das Spannungsfeld zwischen Digitalisierung und künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) auf der einen und Nachhaltigkeit auf der anderen Seite. Er geht dabei auf die sogenannte Twin Challenge ein, die sich für Digitalisierungsansätze und KI-Anwendungen bei der Gestaltung einer nachhaltigeren Zukunft auftun, und bietet gleichzeitig Managementimpulse, wie dieser Challenge begegnet werden kann, um zu einer Twin Transformation zu gelangen. Dabei wird z. B. die Hegemonialisierung von Nachhaltigkeit und der Stellenwert von Diversität für eine inklusive und gerechte Entwicklung von KI-Anwendungen unterstrichen. Zugleich werden wichtige Kompetenzen und Skills für eine neue Lesart des digitalen Managements abgeleitet.
