Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag zeigt, wie KI durch die Automatisierung transaktionaler Aufgaben Raum für menschliche Kreativität schafft und das Creator Mindset an Bedeutung gewinnt. Dieses Konzept, als Erweiterung des Growth Mindsets, verbindet analytisches und kreatives Denken, um Herausforderungen innovativ zu lösen. Sieben zentrale Konstrukte wie Innovationsorientierung, Resilienz und Lernbereitschaft dienen dabei als transformative Hebel. Vorgestellt werden eine Creator-Mindset-Intervention und eine Messskala, die auf diesen Konstrukten basieren. Eine Vorher-nachher-Messung belegt die positive Wirkung auf Teamdynamik und Leistung. Praxisnahe Empfehlungen unterstützen Unternehmen, KI und kreative Fähigkeiten erfolgreich zu vereinen und zukunftssicher zu agieren.
