Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) verändert Innovationsprozesse grundlegend, von der Effizienzsteigerung bis hin zu autonomen, KI-gesteuerten Innovationsformen. Dieses Kapitel stellt zentrale Technologien und praxisrelevante Tools vor, zeigt ihren Einsatz entlang der Innovationsphasen und analysiert, wie KI Teamstrukturen, Entscheidungsfindung und Organisationsmodelle transformiert. Abschließend werden zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren und Grenzen der KI-Integration diskutiert sowie zukünftige Entwicklungen im Bereich autonomer Innovation skizziert. Das Kapitel zeigt, wie Unternehmen durch den gezielten Einsatz von KI ihre Innovationsfähigkeit nachhaltig steigern können.
