Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel überträgt die Prinzipien einer überzeugenden technischen Präsentation auf das Online-Format. Es beginnt mit einer Analyse der spezifischen Herausforderungen virtueller Umgebungen: reduzierte Körpersprache, sinkende Aufmerksamkeitsspanne, erhöhte Selbstbeobachtung (Zoom-Fatigue) und verringerte räumliche Reize. Diese Effekte werden nicht nur beschrieben, sondern auch psychologisch eingeordnet und mit Strategien zur Kompensation verknüpft. Aufbauend auf diesen Besonderheiten zeigt das Kapitel, wie technische Hilfsmittel, bewusste Kamera- und Tonführung sowie interaktive Elemente sinnvoll eingesetzt werden können, um volle Wirkung zu entfalten. Ein zentraler Schwerpunkt liegt auf der gezielten Aktivierung des Publikums, sei es durch Break-Out-Räume, Übungen mit Gegenständen oder humorvolle Materialien. Es werden dabei konkrete Hinweise und Tipps gegeben, wie man Teilnehmende zur Kameranutzung motiviert und auch bei geteiltem Bildschirm präsent bleibt. Abschließend wird die Bildschirmfreigabe als zentrales Tool behandelt: technische Stolperfallen, professionelle Gestaltung und gezielte Integration in den dramaturgischen Verlauf einer Online-Präsentation stehen hier im Fokus.
