Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die rhetorische Perspektive, welche in diesem Kapitel eingeführt wird, leitet in strategische Vorüberlegungen für überzeugende Präsentationen ein. Dabei wird auf grundlegende Entscheidungen wie Zielsetzung, Zielgruppe und die Steuerung von Aufmerksamkeit eingegangen. Zunächst wird erklärt, warum das eigene Ziel besonders relevant ist und wie es mit Hilfe der SMART-Formel sinnvoll gesetzt werden kann. Anschließend wird die Lernzieltaxonomie nach Anderson, Bloom und Krathwohl eingeführt, die Wissen und Fähigkeitsgrad, den Sie vermitteln wollen, als Ziele setzt. Weiterer Schwerpunkt sind Überlegungen zu den Eigenschaften, Präferenzen und Problemen Ihrer Zielgruppe, damit Sie Ihrem Publikum einen effektiven Nutzen anbieten können. Diese Überlegungen führen also zu einer konkreten Strategie, die auf die Zielgruppe zugeschnitten ist, in Form eines Argumentfilters. Danach folgt das Johari-Fenster, welches Ihnen konkrete Hilfestellung bei der Konzeption, Durchführung und Evaluierung ihrer eigenen Präsentation bietet, indem die verschiedenen Wahrnehmungsaspekte dargestellt werden. Das befähigt Sie, Punkte in Ihrer Präsentation zu berücksichtigen, die unbeachtet sonst Ihrer Überzeugungskraft schaden.
