ZusammenfassungKommunikation im Vertrieb ist wie das Navigieren durch eine Straße voller Schlaglöcher – eine einzige falsche Bewegung oder unbedachte Aussage kann dazu führen, dass ein Gespräch abrupt endet oder in eine unerwünschte Richtung abdriftet. In diesem Kapitel beleuchten wir deshalb die Kunst, Botschaften klar, prägnant und wirkungsvoll an den Kunden zu bringen. Von der direkten Kaltakquise ohne unnötige Schnörkel bis hin zur gezielten Gestaltung von Akquise-Mails, die im Postfach nicht untergehen – Sie lernen Techniken, mit denen Sie dauerhaft auf dem Radar Ihrer Kunden bleiben.
