Abstract

ZusammenfassungFür nachhaltige Finanzierungen hat sich eine Vielzahl an möglichen Strukturierungsstandards mit gleicher Zielsetzung entwickelt: Die Standards sollen Transparenz über die zugrunde liegenden Kriterien geben und damit Greenwashing verhindern. Die Standards haben sich in Abhängigkeit von der Ausprägung des Verwendungszecks der mit dem Finanzinstrument aufgenommenen Mittel entwickelt: Zum Beispiel der Green Bond, der Social oder Sustainability Bond und der Sustainability-linked Bond. Alle Varianten folgen dabei als Marktstandard etablierten Prinzipien (Abb. 6.1).
