Abstract

ZusammenfassungUngeachtet der insgesamt steigenden Nachfrage vor allem der privaten Anleger nach Sustainable-Finance-Produkten dient eine transparente Kommunikation zu nachhaltigen Finanzierungsmaßnahmen im Wesentlichen zwei Zwecken: Erstens wird die nachhaltige Verwendung aufgenommener Mittel nachvollziehbar und plausibel dargestellt. Zweitens werden dem interessierten (Investoren-)Publikum die Nachhaltigkeitsleistung, die Chancen und Risiken von Projekten und die Nachhaltigkeitsleistung des Unternehmens präsentiert. Die Kommunikation zu Sustainable Financing unterstützt – über die eigentliche Leistung der Finanzierungsmaßnahme hinaus – die Reputation von Unternehmen und befriedigt alle mit der nachhaltigen Finanzierung zusammenhängenden Informationsbedürfnisse.
