Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Anthropomorphisierung technischer Systeme bezeichnet die bewusste Gestaltung von Technik mit menschenähnlichen Eigenschaften wie Sprache, Mimik oder Verhalten, um die Interaktion mit dem Menschen zu erleichtern. Ziel ist es, Vertrauen aufzubauen, Komplexität zu reduzieren und die Akzeptanz zu fördern. Beispiele reichen von sozialen Robotern mit Augen und Stimme bis hin zu digitalen Assistenten mit personalisierter Kommunikation. Das Kapitel untersucht, wie solche Gestaltungsentscheidungen die Wahrnehmung und Nutzung technischer Systeme beeinflussen und wo die Grenzen sinnvoll gezogen werden sollten.
