Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer zunehmend digitalisierten Welt kommt technischen Assistenzsystemen wachsende Bedeutung zu. Sie unterstützen den Menschen bei der Bewältigung komplexer Aufgaben, steigern die Sicherheit und erleichtern alltägliche Abläufe. Moderne Lebens- und Arbeitsumgebungen sind zunehmend durch intelligente Systeme geprägt, die in direkter Interaktion mit dem Menschen stehen. Assistenzsysteme übernehmen Aufgaben der Informationsverarbeitung, Entscheidungsunterstützung und adaptiven Prozessgestaltung. Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über verschiedene Arten technischer Assistenzsysteme, zentrale Anwendungsfelder sowie damit verbundene Potenziale und Herausforderungen.
