Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für den Ablauf der Fabrikplanung ist ein einheitliches Konzept entwickelt worden, das den zu planenden Objekten folgt. Diesem folgt das Modell in Abb. 23.1. Die dargestellten Organisationsbegriffe sind Spezialisierungen des bereits eingeführten Entitytyps ORGANISATIONSEINHEIT. Auf die Angabe von Schlüsselattributen der Objekte wurde verzichtet. Auf jeder Stufe sind Zuordnungsentscheidungen über Elemente der untergeordneten Stufe zu treffen, so dass sich die Problemstellungen vor allem nach der Granularität und den vorhandenen Daten unterscheiden. Tendenziell werden die Verfahren mit der Detaillierung exakter, da die Problemstellungen stärker strukturiert sind und die Datenbasis genauer ist. Entscheidungen auf den oberen Ebenen sind dagegen strategisch, d. h., sie besitzen eine längerfristige Bindung, müssen aber auf der Grundlage unsicherer Daten und einfacherer Entscheidungsunterstützung getroffen werden.
