Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Qualitätssicherung ist auf mehrere Arten in den Produktentwicklungsprozess eingebunden. Die Qualitätsplanung setzt Produktanforderungen des Marketings in konkrete Qualitätsmerkmale um. Die Qualitätsprüfung ermittelt, inwieweit die hergestellten Produkte die Qualitätsanforderungen erfüllen. Hierzu müssen Prüfpläne erstellt werden, die analog den Arbeitsplänen der Fertigung die Ausführung der Qualitätsprüfungen steuern. Die Prüfplanerstellung verläuft analog zur Arbeitsplanerstellung. Ausgangspunkt sind die Ergebnisse der Konstruktion und Arbeitsplanung. Aus ihnen werden unter Zuhilfenahme von Fehlerkatalogen, Stichprobenplänen, Prüfmittelkatalogen, Organisationsanweisungen und Arbeitsplatzgliederungen folgende Elemente festgelegt:Die Qualitätssicherung umfasst im Sinne des Total Quality Managements (TQM) alle Bereiche des Unternehmens, nicht nur die Produktqualität. So wird Qualitätssicherung als unternehmensweite Aufgabe betrachtet, in die alle Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens einzubeziehen sind. Ein weiterer Grundsatz ist, dass die Fehlervermeidung Vorrang haben soll vor der Fehlerentdeckung und -beseitigung. Dieses bedeutet, dass bei der Konstruktion die Konstruktionsentscheidungen und bei der Arbeitsplanung die Entscheidungen über den Fertigungsablauf so getroffen werden sollen, dass daraus möglichst wenig Fehlerquellen resultieren.
