Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Datenstrukturen für Beschaffung und Vertrieb wurden zwar getrennt entwickelt, aber die gemeinsame Logik deutlich gemacht. Durch eine enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunde und Lieferant können deshalb der Güteraustausch durch Verschmelzung und Digitalisierung von Belegen sowie strenge Regeln zur Vereinfachung der Abläufe genutzt werden. Dieses führt zu der Forderung nach einer stärkeren Standardisierung von Daten und Abläufen. Diese werden auch von den Anforderungen des elektronischen Datenaustausches unterstützt. Die Standardisierung ist einmal auf die Semantik gerichtet, z. B. auf die Verwendung einheitlicher Nummerierungen und Bezeichnungen für ein gleiches Teil und zum anderen auf mehr syntaktische Verabredungen für die elektronische Übermittlung wie z. B. ein einheitlicher Aufbau eines Übertragungssatzes. In Abb. 15.1 sind einige typische austauschgeeignete Dokumente angegeben.
