Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der ermittelte Unternehmenswert bildet eine Ausgangsbasis, während der endgültige Kaufpreis aus Verhandlungen, individuellen Interessen und emotionalen Faktoren entsteht. Neben Markt- und Wettbewerbssituation spielen auch persönliche Ziele sowie die Bindung des Verkäufers an sein Lebenswerk eine Rolle. Finanzierungsmodalitäten, Eigenkapital, Bankdarlehen, Bürgschaften, Fördermittel oder Verkäuferdarlehen bestimmen die Realisierbarkeit des Kaufpreises, wobei Zinsen und Gebühren frühzeitig einzuplanen sind. Ein professionell ausgearbeiteter Fortführungsplan überzeugt Kapitalgeber von der Zukunftsfähigkeit des Betriebs. Ergänzend können alternative Finanzierungsformen wie stille Beteiligungen, MBG, Leasing, Factoring, Crowdfunding oder Mitarbeiterbeteiligungen die Kapitalstruktur stärken und den Übergabeprozess absichern.
