Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem abschließenden Kapitel führen wir synoptisch die einzelnen Komponenten auf, die die Ausschüttungsquote der Unternehmung insgesamt bestimmen sollten. Als Summe unserer vorstehenden Überlegungen kann eine Spannbreite von plausiblen Ausschüttungsquoten in einer KapitalgesellschaftKapitalgesellschaft zwischen 15 % und 35 % des KonzernKonzern-Jahresüberschusses angenommen werden. Als typischer Mittelwert können 25 % angesetzt werden. Dies bedeutet, dass Familienunternehmen durchschnittlich weniger ausschütten und mehr thesaurieren als Börsengesellschaften, bei denen noch AktienrückkäufeAktienrückkauf als Modus der Gewinnverwendung hinzukommen.
