Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet die Karrierewünsche der Generation Z (Gen Z) in den Vereinigten Staaten und zeigt auf, wie Arbeitgeber diese junge Zielgruppe für sich gewinnen, langfristig binden und bestmöglich unterstützen können. Da immer mehr Angehörige der Generation Z in das Berufsleben einsteigen, wird es zunehmend wichtiger, ihre Motivationen, Werte und Erwartungen an den Arbeitsplatz zu verstehen. Der Beitrag stützt sich auf akademische Studien, Branchenberichte und Fallstudien aus den USA, um zentrale Trends – wie das Streben nach sinnstiftender Arbeit, Flexibilität sowie vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten – herauszuarbeiten. Darüber hinaus werden praxisnahe Strategien vorgestellt, mit denen Unternehmen die aufstrebenden Talente gezielt ansprechen und erfolgreich integrieren können.
