Abstract

Zusammenfassung Berufliche Begegnungen in nahezu allen akademisch geprägten Arbeitsfeldern finden in der dritten Dekade des 21. Jahrhunderts sowohl vor Ort in direkter Präsenz als auch zunehmend im virtuellen Online-Raum statt. In diesem Beitrag wird kurz die Diskussion zu Future Skills im Bereich Employability angerissen, in denen sich interkulturelle Kompetenz (auch) verorten lässt. Basierend auf internationalen Online-Begegnungen im Hochschulkontext, kommen Studierende zu Wort und eröffnen neue Perspektiven auf internationale Lehr-Lern-Settings und deren vorbereitende Rolle auf das zukünftige Berufsleben Studierender.
