Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz(KI) ist in vielen Bereichen des Alltags angekommen und wird zu Teilen bereits ganz selbstverständlich genutzt, etwa im Bereich der Sprachassistenten. Diese Technologie ist grundlegend und in ihrer Bedeutung vergleichbar mit der Entwicklung des Internets oder auch von Mikrochips. Der letztliche Umfang und die ganze Tragweite von KI ist bisher noch nicht abschätzbar. Entscheidungen von KI-Systemen sind oft undurchsichtig oder schwer bis nicht nachvollziehbar, was zu fehlendem Vertrauen und geringer Akzeptanz führen kann. Um diese Herausforderung zu adressieren, haben viele Organisationen Leitlinien für den ethischen und möglichst transparenten Einsatz von KI im Unternehmen entwickelt. Diese Leitlinien sollen den Umgang mit KI fest regeln, um diese Transparenz, Fairness sowie ethischen Grundsätze sicherzustellen. Eine systematische Analyse solcher unternehmensspezifischer Leitlinien kann anderen Organisationen als Orientierung dienen, um eigene Regelungen zu gestalten bei der Implementierung von KI-Systemen.
