Abstract

Zusammenfassung Insbesondere kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen, welche nur über begrenzte finanzielle und personelle Ressourcen verfügen, müssen niedrigschwellig geeignete Informationen und Werkzeuge zur (Weiter-)Entwicklung des Geschäftsmodells vor dem Hintergrund des vermehrten Einsatzes von KI-basierten Systemen zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Der folgende Beitrag ist im Sinne eines Leitfadens zu verstehen, um Unternehmen gezielt und schrittweise bei der Erarbeitung solcher KI-basierten Geschäftsmodelle zu begleiten.
