Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Digitalisierung hat in den letzten Jahren in nahezu allen Lebensbereichen Einzug gehalten und verändert die Welt in rasantem Tempo. Besonders bemerkenswert ist die technologische Entwicklung im Bereich des Wohnens und der Gesundheitsvorsorge. Der Lebensraum Wohnung wird zunehmend zu einem Gesundheitsstandort, der dank moderner Technologien ein gesundes und komfortables und vor allem auch langes und selbstbestimmtes Leben im Alter unterstützt. Dieser Beitrag beleuchtet den aktuellen Stand sowie die Zukunftsaussichten technologischer Unterstützung in Wohnungen, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf stationäre Systeme, Wearables und Smartwatches.
