Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der demografische Wandel erfordert, Teile der Gesundheitsversorgung über digitale Technologien zu erbringen. Versorgungsengpässe können so überbrückt und die Qualität und Effizienz im Gesundheitssektor gesteigert werden. Digitale Gesundheitsanwendungen (DiGA) verfolgen das Ziel, die Versorgung ganzheitlich und patientenorientiert zu verbessern. Diese „Apps auf Rezept“ fördern das individuelle Gesundheitsmanagement durch spezifische Interventionen und die Etablierung neuer Gewohnheiten. Über 25 Indikationen werden derzeit von DiGA abgedeckt. Trotz Evidenz und teilweise Aufnahme in Behandlungsleitlinien spielen DiGA eine untergeordnete Rolle in der Versorgung. Die Verbreitung wird durch dadurch erschwert, dass die Regularien teilweise inkompatibel mit den Bedürfnissen und Interessen relevanter Stakeholder sind. Eine zukünftig tragendere Rolle von DiGA könnte durch eine bessere Integration in Versorgungspfade, ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis von Anforderungen und Preisen sowie eine Stärkung digitaler Gesundheitskompetenz gefördert werden.
