Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bedingt durch den gesellschaftlichen Strukturwandel steigt die Bedeutung einer professionellen Pflege zunehmend. Gerade dieser Sektor ist jedoch chronisch unterbesetzt und droht zu eskalieren. Ein Grund hierfür liegt in der hohen Verantwortung und den hohen Anforderungen an die heutigen Pflegekräfte. Um den diversen Aufgaben und Anforderungen gesund begegnen zu können, bedarf es eine hohe Resilienz. Resilienz kann als Fähigkeit/Kompetenz erworben und ausgebaut werden. Der vorliegende Artikel gibt einen Einblick in bereits bestehende Unterstützungsangebote für die Pflegeausbildung sowie Lernmethoden, die das Potenzial zur Resilienzsteigerung aufweisen.
