Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine moderne Unternehmenskommunikation (auch Corporate Communications) ist als integraler Bestandteil der unternehmerischen Wertschöpfung zu betrachten. Um die übergreifenden Unternehmensziele möglichst effektiv zu unterstützen, muss die Kommunikation grundsätzlich als Managementaufgabe begriffen werden, indem der Bereich Unternehmenskommunikation organisatorisch der Geschäftsführung zugeordnet ist und alle Kommunikationsaktivitäten auf die Unternehmensstrategie ausgerichtet sind.
