Abstract

Zusammenfassung Von der Nachhaltigkeit sind im Prinzip sämtliche Unternehmen betroffen. Neben Sachgüterunternehmen betrifft dies staatliche Institutionen, Non-Profit-Organisationen und Dienstleistungsunternehmen gleichermaßen. Allerdings sind zahlreiche Besonderheiten von Dienstleistungsunternehmen zu berücksichtigen. Im Kapitel wird speziell die Gewährleistung der Nachhaltigkeit von Dienstleistungen aufgrund der konstitutiven Merkmale und Eigenschaften von Dienstleistungen betrachtet. Ebenso wird aufgezeigt, welche Dienstleistungsbranchen einen hohen Grad an Betroffenheit bei Nachhaltigkeitsfragen aufweisen und welche Nachhaltigkeitsthemen dabei besonders relevant sind. Darüber hinaus werden die Vorteile von nachhaltigen Dienstleistungsstrategien aufgezeigt, insbesondere die psychologischen und ökonomischen Vorteile. Verschiedene Merkpunkte zu den Perspektiven der Nachhaltigkeit zeigen die Spannweite der Nachhaltigkeit für Dienstleistungsunternehmen auf.
