Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Nachhaltigkeit ist in der Unternehmensführung einem dauerhaften Prozess unterworfen. Es werden immer neue Entwicklungen und Fortschritte bei der Nachhaltigkeit von Unternehmen zu beobachten sein. Das Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit ausgewählten Entwicklungstendenzen und Zukunftsperspektiven der Nachhaltigkeit. Dabei werden Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Märkte, Kundenverhalten und Geschäftsmodelle betrachtet. Die Entwicklungs- und Transformationsprozesse beinhalten in der Dienstleistungspraxis sowohl Prozesse des Market Development als auch Prozesse des Customer Development und Business Development. Darüber hinaus werden Zukunftsperspektiven für die Dienstleistungswissenschaft und aktuelle sowie neue Felder der Dienstleistungsforschung aufgezeigt.
