Abstract

Economic developments indicate that intangibleassetsintangible assetsassetsasset are becoming increasingly important for the sustainable and long-term development of organizationsorganization. From both a societal and macroeconomic perspective, the advancement of the knowledge societyknowledgeknowledge society is also a key pillar in addressing the rapid changes prevailing in the environment and surroundings. Effectively (and professionally) addressing these changes requires strategic approaches and considerations. In general, resourcesresource, the capabilities developed from them, and competitive advantagescompetitioncompetitive advantage that, within the framework of sound managementmanagement, lead to value creation and returns, are of particular importance. In this context, the (intangible) resourceresource knowledgeknowledge represents a key success factor, which is linked to and has an impact on knowledge managementknowledgeknowledge managementmanagementknowledge management and organizational learninglearningorganizational. In this regard, networksnetwork can establish connections to external and internal stakeholdersstakeholder in order to leverage various types of learninglearningtype of learning, learning categorieslearninglearning category, learning formatslearninglearning format, and levels of learninglearninglevel of learning for the management of knowledgeknowledge.
