Abstract

Zusammenfassung Selten kommt eine Killerphrase allein. Sie ist nur ein Vorbote von weiteren giftigen Pfeilen, namens Totschlagargumente (TSA). Denn die Killerphrase (KPH) selbst ist kein Argument: Der Satz „Das geht nicht!“ beinhaltet kein Argument. Erst der Satz „Wir müssen sparen!“ ist ein Totschlagsargument. Manchmal aber kommt zuerst das Totschlagargument und dann die Killerphrase. Beide sind nicht nur bloße kritische Anmerkungen, sondern Aussagen, die die Gesprächsführung in eine ganz andere Richtung lenken oder die Kommunikation blockieren. Diese Giftpfeile werden frontal geschossen. Aber da gibt es noch Flanken, die man zur Abwehr, zu eigenen Gunsten wie im Fußball nutzen kann. Die Halbfeldflanke hat den FC Bayern München im Champions League Finale 2020 zum Sieg geführt. Ein Flügelfußballspieler muss aber schnell laufen, präzise reagieren und Sinn für das Timing haben. Er läuft nach vorne, er läuft nach hinten, er spielt dem Mittelsmann den Ball zu oder schießt selbst auch das Tor. Beim Abwehren der Killerphrasen ist das Tempo mit den Vorwärtsargumenten (Flanke) angesagt.
