Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der angebissene Apfel im Paradies war wohl der erste Konflikt, und zwar direkt mit Gott. Adam und Eva wurden vertrieben. Die Beteiligten im Paradies hatten den Konflikt. Sie waren weniger bereit, die verschiedenen Gesichtspunkte zu akzeptieren und trennten sich. Adam und Eva mussten sich dann auf der Erde mit vielen Schwierigkeiten auseinandersetzen. Konflikte haben jedoch die Eigenschaft, Prozesse in Bewegung zu setzen. Sie ähneln einem Labyrinth, in dem Orientierung erforderlich ist. Der Schlüssel zur Orientierung liegt in der Positiven Kommunikation. Wer im Konflikt mit Sprache kluge Züge macht (Dialektiker), hat die Chance auf die Lösung. Deshalb ist es gut, sich als Führungskraft kontinuierlich mit der Wirkung der Sprache auseinanderzusetzen (Diplomat). Wir reflektieren im Kap. 4 Empathiemangel als Urzelle der Konflikte, Beziehungs-, Ich- und Rollenkonflikte, das Labyrinthgespräch im Ich-Konflikt, diplomatisches Mittel: Wertekonflikte mit flexiblen Dyaden (Gespräch zu zweit) lösen, in dem Sinne Positive Differenzen nutzen und das Verwenden von Fragen zum Goldenen Horn bei Konflikten.
