Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel liegt der Fokus auf der Übertragung in die Praxis: Wie kann es gelingen, den Ansatz der angewandten Improvisation in den Unternehmenskontext zu integrieren? Was lässt sich übertragen und welche konkreten Anwendungsfelder bieten sich an? Welche Rahmenbedingungen müssen geschaffen werden, damit Improvisation wirksam werden kann? Und wie lässt sich Improvisation als Mittel der Organisationsentwicklung nutzen? Darüber hinaus wird beleuchtet, wo mögliche Fallstricke und Herausforderungen liegen – und was sich aus all dem für Führung ableiten lässt.
