Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Führungscrew des Finanzbereichs saß zusammen, um zu beraten, wie die Kalkulationsbasis von neuen Produkten im Konzern vereinheitlicht werden könnte. Jeder Standort und jeder Geschäftsbereich hatte andere Gewohnheiten. So erforderten die Investitionsentscheidungen jedes Mal umfangreiche Vorarbeiten, um die Alternativen vergleichbar zu machen. Alle beteiligten sich an der Diskussion, nur Frau Spolwing nicht. Sie saß stumm da. Sie schaute nicht unzufrieden aus oder gar verstockt, auch nicht gelangweilt, eben nur – stumm. „Was mag in ihr vorgehen?“, dachte Herr Jenckel, ihr Vorgesetzter. Und: „Muss ich mir Sorgen machen?“ In solchen Situationen regt sich bei Herrn Jenckel immer wieder der Wunsch, alle mögen sich ausgewogen am Gespräch beteiligen. „Unsinn,“ dachte er dann, „es gibt die Aktiven und es gibt die Stillen. So wird es immer sein, warum nicht auch in dieser Runde? Frau Spolwing scheint aufmerksam bei der Sache zu sein und mit dem Hergang der Auseinandersetzung einverstanden.“
