Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während dieser Phase der Aussprache kündigt sich das spätere Ergebnis in seinen Teilaspekten Stück für Stück an. Langsam erkennen alle, worauf es wohl hinauslaufen wird. Und das gibt jenen Teammitgliedern, die mit ihren Ideen und Zielen nicht zum Zuge kamen Gelegenheit, ihre „Niederlage“ oder ihren Verzicht im Stillen zu verarbeiten.
