Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf Harmonie angelegte Führungskräfte haben an dieser Stelle die Sorge, der Streit könne zur dauerhaften Belastung der Zusammenarbeit im Team führen. Das Schlimmste müsse man verhindern. Allzu grobe Verletzungen gelte es zu unterbinden. Leider ist diese Befürchtung manchmal berechtigt. Selbstverständlich kann es zu weit gehen! Dies muss, wenn irgend möglich, unterbunden werden – aber nicht durch besänftigende oder zudeckende Interventionen der Teamleitung!
