Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Führungskraft steht anfangs einem mehr oder weniger diffusen Einflussfeld gegenüber, das schwer zu durchschauen ist, das sie aber nicht ignorieren darf. Wichtiges wird oft nicht in den offiziellen Gremien geäußert, sondern einander auf den Fluren zugeraunt. Dort verschaffen sich die Menschen Erleichterung, allerdings am falschen Ort. Für die Führung geht es darum, Licht in das Dunkel zu bringen und die Beteiligten anzuregen, ihre Gedanken „offiziell“ zu äußern. Dazu braucht die Führungskraft Mut, denn sie kann nicht wissen, was zur Sprache kommen wird. Aber erst Aussprache, Auseinandersetzung und Bündelung auf ein Ziel führen zum Wir.
