Lieferantenbewertung – Quo Vadis?

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ist es mithilfe einer Bewertungsmethode möglich, Lieferanten die Anforderungen der Daten-schutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) näher zu bringen. Dabei dem Lieferanten mit wenig Aufwand eine Möglichkeit zu schaffen, festzustellen, ob der Lieferant sorgsam mit den Daten umgeht. Für Lieferanten ist es oftmals schwierig die Anforderungen der DSGVO zu verstehen und dabei die erforderlichen Maßnahmen zu erkennen. Dabei ist es für den Lieferanten wichtig nachvollziehen zu können, ob die „richtigen“ Anforderungen im Unternehmen ausreichend umgesetzt wurden. Doch der Lieferant möchte erkennen, ob die Anforderungen erfüllt und nach der DSGVO ausreichend wären. Hierfür bedarf es einer Bewertungsmöglichkeit.
