Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein sehr großer Teil der europäischen Unternehmen ist direkt oder indirekt von NIS2 betroffen. Während die Vorgaben zum Geltungsbereich und zur Haftung von Unternehmern und Geschäftsführern strikt und umfassend sind, erschwert die vage Formulierung der Umsetzungskriterien die praktische Anwendung. Ein Zero Trust-Ansatz kann hier als praxistauglicher Umsetzungsrahmen dienen, indem er durch strukturierte Sicherheitsarchitekturen, klare Risikomanagementprozesse und definierte Verantwortlichkeiten die Implementierung eines effektiven ISMS ermöglicht.
