Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Markt für CAFM-Software ist durch organisatorische und technologische Weiterentwicklungen gekennzeichnet. Mehr und mehr FM-Prozesse erfordern eine unternehmens- und standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit der Beteiligten. Hierbei wird ein Zugriff auf das CAFM-System über mobile Endgeräte erwartet. Getrieben durch die rasante Weiterentwicklung der Technologie haben fast alle CAFM-Hersteller ihre bisherige client-server-basierte CAFM-Software durch middleware-basierte Systeme abgelöst. Auch der Markt für mobile Anwendungen entwickelt sich sehr dynamisch. CAFM-Software ist das, was man von einem CAFM-Anbieter an Software erwirbt oder mietet, während ein CAFM-System das ist, was ein Nutzer im Rahmen eines CAFM-Projektes aus dieser Software entwickelt – ein anwendungsbereites und auf die jeweilige Organisation zugeschnittenes IT-System basierend auf den eigenen Daten und Prozessen. Für den Nutzer nimmt die Intransparenz des CAFM-Softwaremarktes weiter zu. Mit der Zertifizierung von CAFM-Software und der Veröffentlichung der jährlichen Marktübersicht CAFM-Software sowie des zweijährlich erscheinenden CAFM-Trendreports trägt der gefma AK Digitalisierung dazu bei, den Markt für CAFM-Software transparenter zu gestalten. In Zukunft wird sich das Angebot von CAFM-Software insbesondere in den Bereichen der Cloud-Lösungen, Web-Oberflächen sowie in Bezug auf durchgehende Prozessunterstützungen über mobile Endgeräte und Apps erweitern.
