Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bei der Einführung, Erweiterung oder Erneuerung eines CAFM-Systems sind umfangreiche Aufgaben zu berücksichtigen. Diese Aufgaben erfordern oft spezialisiertes Wissen, weshalb eine geeignete Beratung (Consulting) kritisch für den Erfolg eines CAFM-Projektes sein kann. Eine häufig nachgefragte Beratungsleistung ist die Auswahl und Einführung einer CAFM-Software bzw. eines CAFM-Systems. Es ist jedoch wichtig zu beachten, dass organisatorische Fragestellungen vor der Einführung eines CAFM-Systems mit Spezialisten festgelegt und optimiert werden müssen, bevor digitale Werkzeuge wie ein CAFM-System unterstützen können. Die Organisationsberatung sollte der IT-Beratung vorgeschaltet werden.
