Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Grundvoraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Auswahl einer CAFM-Software ist die Formulierung der eigenen Zielsetzung, die aus dem Erkennen und Beschreiben der individuellen und aktuellen Problem- bzw. Ausgangssituation – in Abhängigkeit von der Organisationsstruktur, dem Kerngeschäft und der vorhandenen IT-Landschaft des Unternehmens – resultiert. Der Auswahlprozess für eine CAFM-Software ist Teil des CAFM-Einführungsprozesses, der dann beginnen kann, wenn die Grundsatzentscheidung zur Einführung von CAFM getroffen wurde und auch die finanziellen, organisatorischen und inhaltlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind. Dieses Kapitel bietet Unterstützung beim Konzeptions-, Ausschreibungs- und Auswahlprozesses. Die beschriebene Ausschreibung gemäß GEFMA 440 kann Anregung und Vorlage für das eigene Vorhaben sein. Eine individuelle Anpassung sollte projektspezifisch vorgenommen werden. Die CAFM-Zertifizierung nach GEFMA 444 gibt zusätzliche Sicherheit bei der Softwareauswahl.
