Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Einführung eines CAFM-Systems ist mehr als der Kauf einer Software. Es ist ein komplexer Prozess, der große Teile der Unternehmensorganisation betrifft und als Projekt organisiert werden muss. Dieser Prozess kann je nach Größe und Komplexität der Immobilien, Aufgabenstellung, Datenlage und Nutzerorganisation mehrere Jahre dauern. Ein Phasenplan mit realistischen Meilensteinen ist entscheidend. Wichtig ist die frühzeitige Einbeziehung aller Stakeholder im Unternehmen. Die erfolgreiche Einführung eines CAFM-Systems ist eine anspruchsvolle aber auch interessante und vielseitige Aufgabe, die sowohl Managementerfahrung als auch umfangreiches Detailwissen der Beteiligten erfordert.
