Abstract

Zusammenfassung Cyberkriminalität ist ein lukratives „Geschäftsmodell“. Die Branche wächst rasant und professionalisiert sich zunehmend. Die Wahrscheinlichkeit, zum Ziel einer Cyberattacke zu werden, liegt für Unternehmen heute bei nahezu 100 %. Das Facility Management (FM) steht in der Pflicht, auf diese Bedrohung zu reagieren und Schaden von Unternehmen und den Menschen abzuwenden, die die technische FM-Infrastruktur nutzen. Für das Facility Management beginnt der Schutz vor Attacken bei der Sicherung der Gebäudehülle und -zugänge. Im Zuge der Digitalisierung werden die vom FM betriebenen IT-Komponenten und -Netzwerke vermehrt mit der klassischen IT vernetzt. Damit steigt auch der Schutzbedarf für die vom FM betriebenen IT- und OT-Systeme. Sie müssen vor Angriffen von außen bestmöglich gesichert sein und gleichzeitig müssen die Kommunikationsbeziehungen in die zentrale IT auf ein Minimum reduziert werden.
