Abstract

Zusammenfassung Facility ManagementFacility Management (FM) (FMFM (Facility Management)) ist ein Begriff, der seit den 1990er Jahren in Deutschland bekannt ist. Erfolgreiches FM wird heute durch den Grad seiner Digitalisierung und damit einem modernen CAFM mitbestimmt. Allein der Kauf oder das Abonnement einer CAFM-Software garantieren noch keinen Erfolg. Ein erfolgreiches CAFM-System ist u. a. geprägt durch: eine geeignete Konzeption, passende zukunftsorientierte CAFM-Software, eine digitale Bestandsdokumentation mit dem notwendigen Datenumfang und einer hohen Datenaktualität und -qualität sowie einer nahtlose Integration in die vorhandene IT-Landschaft. Hinzu muss eine passende FM-Organisationsstruktur kommen, die CAFM in ihre Arbeit mit integriert.
