Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Abkürzung ESGESG-Reporting kommt aus dem Englischen und steht für Environmental, Social, GovernanceEnvironmental, Social, Governance (ESG)ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) – zu Deutsch: Umwelt, Soziales und Unternehmensführung. Für einen ESG-Bericht gibt es bisher nur bedingt klare Vorgaben von der Europäischen Kommission. Das liegt u. a. daran, dass das Thema Nachhaltigkeit sehr komplex ist. Die Auslegung muss für jede Branche und jedes Unternehmen individuell festgelegt werden. Damit Anleger nachvollziehen können, was ihr Geld bewirkt, können ESG-Kennzahlen als Anhaltspunkte dienen. CAFM-Systeme liefern strukturierte, belastbare Daten für eine fundierte ESG-Berichterstattung und strategische Nachhaltigkeitssteuerung. Sie ermöglichen Benchmarking über verschiedene Standorte hinweg und fördern den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess.
