Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Rolle von CAFM-Systemen in modernen Unternehmens-IT-Landschaften hat sich in den letzten Jahren grundlegend gewandelt. Während sie früher meist isoliert betrachtet und betrieben wurden, ist heute ihre enge Einbindung in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen nicht nur üblich, sondern unerlässlich. Diese Entwicklung spiegelt den gestiegenen Anspruch an Datenverfügbarkeit, Systemvernetzung und eine durchgängige Prozessintegration wider. Ein zentrales Problem vieler IT-Systeme besteht darin, dass sie nicht ausreichend in die zunehmend komplexen IT-Strukturen von Unternehmen integriert sind. In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene Integrationsszenarien von CAFM-Software mit anderen IT-Systemen wie ERP, BIM, Dokumentenmanagement und GIS untersucht.
