Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ich stelle in meinen Seminaren immer wieder fest, dass die Vermittlungsprofis aus dem Kreis der Jobcoaches, Arbeitsvermittler und Fallmanager den Zeitaufwand für das Erstellen einer qualifizierten Bewerbung genauso unterschätzen wie ein Großteil der Bewerber. Inklusive der Stellensuche und Recherche zwischen 30 und 40 h auf das Erstellen einer Bewerbungsmappe zu verwenden, ist keine Zeitverschwendung, sondern ein realistischer Zeitansatz. Das Entwickeln eines Anschreibens, das in der Regel einen ersten Eindruck vom Bewerber vermitteln soll, muss mit höchster Sorgfalt erfolgen. Personalverantwortliche haben für den ersten Check einer Bewerbung ca. 60 s Zeit zur Verfügung. 60 s für den ersten Eindruck, für den es keine zweite Chance gibt (60-Sekunden-Regel).
